It's only for the season. He's having a very good year. Please check your hate at the door next time.

Sorry, a statistic that supposedly takes "clutch" play into account shouldn't find that Romo who directly cost his team two games in the 4th quarter with stupid mistakes as the 4th best. However, if you want another example of how silly the statistic is:

In Week 5, The Golden Calf of Bristol had a higher QBR than Aaron Rodgers. This was in a game in which the Broncos lost, and he completed 4 out of 10 passes for 79 yards for one TD, and had 6 carries for 38 yards and one TD. Aaron Rodgers meanwhile was 26 of 39 for 396 yards, 2 TDs for a 10.2 ypa, and beat the Falcons by double digits. Those QB experts that know what it takes to win in the NFL have some explaining to do.

All I did was link a website that was created by QB experts that know what it takes to win in the NFL and they have Moore rated higher than Cam.

If you consider that an "absurd Moore stance" then I don't know what to tell you.

there "system" has already proven to be as flawed as everything else.....they as just stats. Watching games tells you what you need to know.

I don't think Moore is better than Cam in 2011. I think the Dolphins are playing better than the Panthers. Moore is asked to do a fraction of what Newton is asked.....makes Moore's job easier and less chances for mistakes.

I am a Moore guy. Always have been.

The Golden Calf of Bristol came in as a sub that game so don't act like his numbers are for the complete game.

Rodgers got sacked 4 times for 27 yards, The Golden Calf of Bristol didn't get sacked at all.

The Golden Calf of Bristol ran for a 6.8 yard average and a TD while Rodgers ran 1 time for -1 yards.

They both scored two TDs.

The Golden Calf of Bristol almost brought his team back from defeat and into the glory of victory.

The Golden Calf of Bristol was slightly better, not by much.

When your play warrants you being with 2 #1 overalls and you were picked for simply #5, it's a steal if I ever saw one.

We are looking at possibly the greatest returner the game has ever seen AND the greatest corner the game has ever seen. Can you really put a price on that? Dominating two phases of the game?

As it stands now, Peterson is a talented returner, but as a cornerback he has really struggled. He has given up 641 yards in the air, putting him at the very near the number one spot in that category.

He is a rookie, so it's not a big deal. However just last year cornerbacks such as Haden and Mcourty were far more impressive despite being pick lower.

Exactly.....Captain was more solid as a rookie at CB than Peterson. Yet someone is trying to paint him as Deion Sanders-like.

So Rodgers gets "penalized" in QBR because he played the full game, what kind of sense does that make? Rodgers had to overcome his defense giving up a TD on the first drive, his RB fumbling on the next drive, leading to another Falcons TD, and still led his team to a double digit victory.

The Golden Calf of Bristol's first three drives in the 2nd half consisted of one first down that came from a 12 yard McGahee run. The Golden Calf of Bristol only moved the ball 12 yards himself on the first score. Denver's defense kept the SD offense at bay the whole 2nd half, and forced a huge turnover in SD territory that ended up going for a score on a screen pass for 28 yards. How can any OBJECTIVE analysis suggest that The Golden Calf of Bristol's day was more impressive that Rodgers?
