Assuming, Cleveland loses, this is how I think the picks should end up.

#1 (2-14) Indianapolis Colts QB - Andrew Luck

#2 (2-14) St. Louis Rams OT-Matt Kalil

#3 (3-13) Minnesota Vikings CB-Morris Claiborne

#4 (4-12) Cleveland Browns QB - Robert Griffin III

#5 (4-12) Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR - Justin Blackmon

#6 (5-11) Jacksonville Jaguars DE - Quinton Coples

#7 (5-11) Washington Redskins OL - Riley Reiff

#8 (6-10) Carolina Panthers CB - Dre Kirkpatrick

#9 (6-10) Miami Dolphins OT - Jonathan Martin

#10 (6-10) Buffalo Bills LB - Luke Kuechly

I know it depends on how the new coach views things, but I am afraid that Tampa will choose Kirkpatrick and then Jacksonville will take Blackmon leaving us with ?????

Vikings will wait till the 2nd to take a CB or look to Free Agency. I think they will be heavy in Free Agency at WR but more so at CB because their Defensive backfield is SOOO bad it makes more sense to look to veteran leadership. And there is no way Cleveland takes RG3, not with Colt McCoy there unless they fire the ENTIRE staff from GM to Head Coach. And three OL's in the top 10 with those offenses struggling SOOOO bad at scoring? Doubtful. Maybe the Rams, but Matt Moore will definitely have some young competition, and Rex and Beck may not have a job at all next season.

IMO

Colts = trade down or top WR for their system (needs to be pretty smart)

Rams=Justin Blackmon

Vikings=Alshon Jeffries

Browns= Top OL on their board or Trent Richardson

Buccs= Morris Claiborne

Jags=Coples or possibly reach for BPA offensive playmaker

Skins= RG3 period, plain and simple

Panthers=Dre, Josh Robinson or some no name flying under the radar that plays great MAN coverage

Dolphins=Top QB on their board

Bills= toss up because talent doesnt really warrant the draft position

Basically this draft lacks uber playmakers in the positions that the top drafting teams need so they ALL will be reaching!!!

No offense but this draft is horrible...

Colts= will take Andrew Luck... I'm 100% sure

Rams= MUST take Kallil

Vikings= what the fug? Jefferies?? they take Claiborne

Browns= Trent/RG3 (McCoy hasn't been that great)

Bucs= Kirkpatrick/Blackmon

Skins= If RG3 is gone, they'll prob reach for a QB but I'm sure they want to trade up.

I don't think we trade up...and I agree with Ken on everything.

Colts won't pay $28 million for Peyton, and should take Luck #1 and trade Manning.

Rams are desperate for an OL. They could possibly take Blackmon, but they really need to get Bradford time.

Minn NEEDS a CB and what better one than Claiborne. Jeffrey is an extreme reach here.

While the Browns might go after TRich, you can't say they won't look at RGIII. Colt is not the greatest.

If Blackmon is available, the Bucs would be stupid to reach on Kirkpatrick

Jags are a question mark, but they really need a pass rusher.

The Redskins more than likely will try to trade up for RGIII, but from a Skins fan, he believes OL is a higher need. The only other QB warranted at that pick, but still a reach is Landry Jones.

All this is pending on the combine of course.

People(like me) like the Tannehill kid from A&M, Landry Jones is slightly overrated imo...

Well talk is the Hillis isn't coming back & the Browns game is run 1st so Trent fits in well actually.

They took Montario Hardesty in the 2nd round two years ago. The bigger problem is at QB/WR and taking another first round RB does nothing to solve that. It's kind of like the Bills taking CJ Spiller so early a few years ago when there were clearly bigger problems that needed to be solved.
