The one game we could win that would actually not make 2011 a total wasted season...

It looks like Atlanta could be a front runner for a wild card bid. How amazing would it be if we beat them in December, eliminating their chanceatmaking the playoffs? I will be at the game cheering like hell! That is our next home game!

The Panthers have been in every game so far this season (except Tennessee). If Clausen would've given Cam #2, the magic might have worked in the Panthers' favor in many of them.

Either way, the Panthers should be in every one of their four remaining divisional games, so they will have a chance to win all four. You talk about the game like it won't even be close.

considering the experience that newton is getting with this offense as well as them being able to find what works and doesn't work as well as who can/will play vs. who can't/won't play and what holes still need to be filled for this to be a winning team, this is far from a wasted year regardless of the # of wins.

    • While I agree with you in spirit my gut and my heart says I'm not falling for this again until I see consistent results across the entire upcoming season. Then I'll breathe a sigh of relief and truly feel better about the future.
    • After some time to process and also in light of other small markets being successful and not requiring top overall picks to compete. This years finals looming large. While I readily acknowledge the league office clearly despises our franchise and has absolutely no qualms about us getting the short end of any stick in the draft lottery. The Hornets may just be doomed regardless due to their own mismanagement and inability to draft and develop legitimate playoff worthy talent. And we seemingly always pick the wrong player in the draft. I mean at this point we can even take a hard look at the 2020 draft and someone like Haliburton going pick 12 while Ball went 3rd. Did we draft the wrong guy or are we just that inept at any level of talent development or is it a mixture of both? Looks the latter right now.
    • I feel we are already moving in a better direction before we even take a snap this season.  We have hope now.  People are talking about us brewing something special. Remember how dismal things were when Rhule was here?
