Hogan's...Drafting him wasn't a mistake and he could play if we were in a playoff race but we clearly aren't. So why put him in when we are trying to see what we have across the board. at this point it makes sense to go slow with him. If he becomes our starting corner for the next decade then drafting him like we did will look like a steal. Right now it makes no sense to play Hogan but it surely wasn't a mistake to draft him.

I don't think thie 'mistake' comment was directed at my post, but just to cover my base too, I was not implying that drafting him was a mistake at all.

I think they need to give him time to heal & bring him along in the off-season. I think he'll be a great player (but it's an unknown like any draftee), but no reason to risk his long-term for a short-term where we are not going into the playoffs.
