we don't need a FB. successful running games don't have to have one.

we need more 1 back sets. the only 2 back sets i want to see is williams and stewart back there.

we can get what we need in the blocking game from the TEs.

i think we were only using a FB because we had one on the roster, but he didn't really add anything.

I would love to see more DWill/Stewart backfields, much like the Dunn/Vick/Duckett offense that Atlanta used to run. How could anyone stop it?

That might mean we get to see Pilares (sp) at wide receiver some. He had a TD in preseason. Pass from Anderson in the flats and he took it to house down left side line a thing of beauty

I mean JStew is wrecking ball anyways, he'd be able to spring a block for DWill or Cam. I would much rather line JStew up at fullback, as long as we don't do it very often, don't want him getting hurt.

Gettis showed he could get separation consistently, and demonstrated he could run proper routes. This wasnt undue hype. Saying "oh he only had 2 good games last year" is misleading because Clausen refused to throw to wide receivers.

If Gettis comes back 100% he is at least our 3rd WR.

I'd be willing to bet that AE gets the majority of WR3 reps if Naanee doesn't play.
