Intel® Core i3-370M Processor (2.40 GHz, 3MB L3 Cache) + Intel® HD Graphics with 6GB DDR3

or

2nd generation Intel® Dual Core i5-2430M (2.3 GHz, 3MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 2.9GHz with 4GB DDR3

PC will mostly be used for web browsing and I guess itunes.

If your not gonna be gaming id go with the first one. The boost in processing power for the second one is only needed if you plan on doing any gaming.

Plus with the extra ram and HD graphics on the first one web browsing should be much smoother and videos you watch online would be much clearer.

The second one is much better, The new sandy bridge processors have intel hd 3000 graphics which is much better than regular intel hd with the old i3-370m processor.

Your whole experience will be overall better and the 2gb of ram is definately not needed for just normal daily tasks or even gaming for that matter.
