i'm just wondering where jason campbell may land, it seems the bucs and jets have the biggest need for a q.b since they both missed out on the cutler sweepstakes...any other teams looking?

Bucs no longer have their 2nd rounder and with all the rebuilding they want to do, giving up other picks is not too wise.

Jets have to be the leader.

I could see Campbell in Tampa or the Jets, Jets have been frequent trade partners with the Skins.

I could also see Denver trading Orton to either Tampa or the Jets for players or more picks and then grabbing Sanchez in the draft and keeping Sims.

They'll not get Sanchez, his stock is soaring from what I see. He won't be available unless they spend to trade up. They could afford that though...

Yeah, he took the high road. Unless they get one in the draft and even then he will be a Redskin.

Not only that but the entire offense struggled, including Portis and the OL. I don't see how ditching a young qb who fits their system and has shown a lot of promise does anything promising for them.

Why does anyone think the 'Skins will throw this season away as far as dealing Campbell? Anyone they get they'll have to develop to some degree. Campbell's been in a bad situation since he arrrived in Washington, he's had a different Offensive Coordinator just about every season. He's had problems, he's also shown promise, I think the 'Skins would be mistaken to give up on him this year, unless they're resigning themselves to having a total rebuilding year this season. I find that hard to believe.

I'm wondering if the Browns and Skins will consider swapping Quinn and Campbell. They ere supposedly in discussions for a three way trade involving Cutler. With that shot down, it might make sense for them to just consider a straight swap.
