His run as a head coach was largely a wash. In part because he never found a QB (imo).

But I think he makes a pretty damn good analyst on ESPN. He doesn't play favorites and hes great at breaking down plays. He doesn't exactly have a personality that oozes out on TV like Gruden. But I think hes pretty good.
