One thing I keep forcing myself to remember when I see them giving up is how much the draws and dumpoffs have killed us this year and how much they do not have faith in the LB's. It's just a fugged up year.

I will agree with that but it just seems Johnson has started to have a bit of the Peppers complex. He basically said he didn't go to ATL because we gave him so much money. That just tells me he could give a rip about this team and just wants to cash his checks. He then confirms this idea by wearing a ATL after they beat the breaks off us the night before. Thats kinda like Kobe wearing a Shaq jersey.

hearing that thought and Pep reference to CJ makes me cringe. It's a closet fear of mine as well. One I would rather not affirm by even speaking to it.

I think he has the one thing Pep never had late into his second contract though and that one thing is hope. Cam alone allows for infinite hope compared to Delhomme and Pep.

At this point I have to bank on that and the fact that his paycheck compared to his performance flip an internal switch and he comes back strong as ever next year. He has looked better every Spring so this Spring will tell us for sure. I hope he realizes this.
