Why are run D blows (inside the numbers)

It just may be the worst defense I've ever watched in my entire life...This defense is so bad it's a joke. I looked deep into our roster at the defensive players we've been using this season, at LB and DT (practice squad fodder on other teams) and came up with this...This is how in experienced and useless they are...

Lets start with the biggest turds of all our linebackers...(Anderson excluded)

I know Beason, and Davis are hurt...Then why not sign a vet or someone worth any amount of anything to this squad? Instead you make us suffer with this.

Dan Connor - Hurt...

Omar Gaither - Hasn't had a relevant season since 07 when he had 102 tackles...Last year he recorded 36. (We were thrilled to here he wasn't out the year remember? Its like being poor and being given a saltine cracker...)

Kion Wilson - 5 tackles last year, exp 1 year...

Jason Phillips - 5 tackles last year, exp 2 years...

Phillip Dillard - 4 tackles last year, exp 1 year...

Lawrence Wilson - Marijuana charge, and then cut, exp 7 weeks...

Jason Williams - 16 tackles last year, exp 2 years...

Jordan Senn - 15 tackles last year, exp 3 years, but was out of football in 09...(those happy with his play better just feel bad for him...Don't forget we made Kevin Smith look like Walter Peyton)

Thomas Williams (my personal favorite) - Out of football since 08 and in 08 his only season he didn't record a tackle... (Why don't they just put me on the roster?)

Defensive Tackles

McClain, and Fua - our starters, our pounds up the middle, the anchors of our run defense...Just plain animals, I love that even with half a season starting they still wouldn't even be 4th stringers on a team like Detroit...No progression at all argue it all you want, but the numbers show it.

Andre Neblett - 10 tackles last year and 2 assists, no sacks, exp 1 year...

Jason Shirley - hasn't played since 08 and in 08 he had 4 tackles, exp 3 years...

Frank Kearse - rookie with 0 potential...He's fuging awful...

And guess what that's it! We have 5 DT's and 3 shouldn't even be in football...Now let's stop putting this on Cam, and the offense. Let's also forget about drafting Wr's or o linemen...I don't care if Blackmon from Ok State is Jerry Rice with Randy Moss speed...You don't fix this problem then you don't deserve a job in the NFL...Also your skill's should be questioned for your non football related career...I'd love to run a department and get the worst people for the job, keep them in there and see when I get fired.

Where is the analytical breakdown that gets inside the numbers?

We already know our front 7 is comprised of mostly scrubs with limited experience. I'm still amazed that we never signed Pat or Jamal Williams for help. Kemo even... I get letting the young guys develop, but so far, both have looked very Nick Hayden-esque.

Omar Gaither and the rest of our sh!tty LBs are amazingly slow, except for Anderson who is f@cking up left and right without Beason leading. One of the things that bothers me the most is that our safeties look like they don't belong in the NFL in this defensive system. Under Fox they looked ok, but now it appears they've regressed. Even when we're in zone defense, they look much worse, and make the wrong decisions.

As for our DTs, you either have a guy like Suh who can make an impact on the game, or you have guys who muddle along and make a play once in a blue moon.

The sad part is that if Detriot needed 60 points to win, they could have scored 60.
