Sttoud was terrible yesterday, inaccurate. Taking too many hits really does affect one’s confidence and composure. I still think he’s already proven what he can be but it also shows what a fine line it is when you don’t have your weapons like Tank Dell or don’t trust your protection. He will bounce back btw, How this Texans team is in the playoffs is mind boggling -

I would say you gotta add an "if" to XL. For brooks we can't say oh TD came back from 3 ACL injuries, brooks can do it. It just isn't that easy. Especially if we select a running back late this draft with it being s deep RB class. He won't play much in 2025 if he even plays at all, tough road ahead but i hope he comes back and proves the pick right. right now though unfortunately our first and second round picks don't seem to be trending in the right direction. Brooks more than XL, but XL still has a lot to prove. Hasn't had the best year, though his route running is somewhat better than expected. He is still raw and we knew that prior to the draft.
