Postgame Reaction from Cam and Rivera

Anyone else bugged by the way Rivera says the word "play?"

Same poo different week with these press conferences. Although Cam looks slightly less like Mopeyhead progressively after these losses. Hmm.

Losing doesn't seem to bother Cam nearly as much now..... that bothers me a bit....

He's getting used to losing. Expecting it. Winning is a habit, so is losing. I wonder how much more of this crap before he's just like "LOL whatever, it is what it is"

Rivera is still not explaining where the disconnect is with his defense. Is it between players? coaches? plays?

Why is the defense so terrible?

Its because he is not allowed.

2 reasons we are bad.

Line backers are #1

Rookies and young players are #2

But don't fret Marty has a plan.

Yeah, this time the defense gave a back-up RB his best game ever. The Panthers defense is way to charitable.

Can u imagine how many games this team could have won if the defense would just hold off a stronger team...How about holding off a team equal to their strenght on paper.

But u guys will make the NFLN top 5 team highlights with that return punt by your defense...;)

When did the defense start returning punts?

Rivera: Opportunities to make plays - I mean at 3rd and 12, we don't get off the field, then they get a big play down the field, then they are in field goal range, then it's 3rd down and we have a chance to stop them, but they pick it up, next thing you know they score a touchdown. I mean, we are not consistent on third down.

Unfortunately, we have been extremely consistent on third down.

Unfortunately, we have been extremely consistent on third down.

Both sides of the ball have been consistent when it comes to completion of third down conversions, at least across the season.

Unfortunately our defense has been consistent in the worst way. =|
