Ur excuse for the defense team makes no sense. U're basically saying that it was the offense who was carrying the defense by scoring but when they stopped scoring the defense did what they do best and gave the game to the Lions. Just like they seem to enjoy doing every fugging week.

I think that is what the person was saying... The Panthers' offense has to do all the work because the defense simply sit there and give every game away every weekend. As soon as Cam took his foot off the peddle, the defense put the game out of reach..The damn Lions had a back-up RB that kicked ass against the Panthers defense. The only reason why u would think ur offense sucked all day is simply because u have set the bar for ur defense two seconds off the ground while feeling that everytime the fugging offense touch the ball they should get a TD...Wake the fug up. Not it's because I know for a fact the more efficient offense wins the game 99.9% of the time in the NFL regardless of a defense. And that goes for any NFL team. Any. Or Any defense. The more efficient offense wins.

And it wasn't more than enough. And it will never enough when you throw interceptions late in the game with the score tied instead of touchdowns.

It's not always enough. It's enough against the Jaguars. It's enough against the Vikings. It's enough against Washington. But it's not always enough in a 7 turnover game when you're playing one of the most efficient offenses in the NFL.

When teams are doing things like this:

Green Bay vs Saints: 42-33

Green Bay vs Sand Diego Chargers: 49-38

Green Bay vs Denver: 45-23

Green Bay vs Minnesota: 45 -7

Saints vs Houston 40-33

Houston vs Tennessee 41-7

San Francisco vs Tampa bay: 48-3

Detroit vs Kansas City 48-3

To ANY defense, it's not going to be enough. Does San Diego have a poo defense? Does Tennessee? Saints? Houston? Houston are rated #1 defense in the league right now and the Saints dropped 40 on them.

These are not bad defenses that are getting gashed like that. This is simply today's NFL. And those scores are a result of inefficient offenses on the part of the other team who can't score to keep up. Or turnovers, like on our case.

Get used to it. This is today's era. It's not just us. 40 points is the new 30. We could keep GB to 30 because our offense could move against them the entire game. We couldn't move against the Lions. This was the first team we met this year with a decent pass defense as well as an efficient offense. That's what happens.

The dude is 1-8 now in 4th quarter comeback games in tied or down games. Our best receiver was Stewart. We got 10 points off of our defensive turnovers and another 7 from special teams. That's 17 points. He was garbage today. Missed scoring opportunities in the red-zone again. Throwing picks in the 4th quarter again.

Not saying our D wasn't bad but so is this offense. And 7 turnovers is going to cause a lot of high scoring games. It's just today's NFL. But people will go to great lengths to defend a 50.0 QB rating and 4 interceptions and just overall poor play at the QB position.

They are possessed. This poo matters. You can win a high scoring game. You can't win one with this kind of QB rating though.

tbqh, I don't know how many QBs would have won with our offense and playcalls today. It may have been within a TD but there was no stopping Detroit in the 2nd half with our defense.
