That would be great but I bet folks double him all day. With the pass rush that Detroit will put on, Newton is going to go with more timing routes and short passes to minimize the blitz. I doubt Smitty gets chances to get very deep. Who knows though, he can definitely get on a roll and one missed assignment and he is off to the races.

I do not think so, unless we start the game running effectively. The Titans figured out how to stop our explosive passing offense, but if Stew or Williams breaks off a few long ones, it will change how Detroit's D has to play us, then Smitty can get on fire.

I don't think he'll get to 165 but I'd bet he at least breaks 100.

That guy that posted the Lions' Scouting Report a few days ago said that the Lions' secondary is absolutely bad. So, hopefully Cam has enough time to pass the ball, while allowing Smitty enough time to get open.
