Should The Golden Calf of Bristol success get under Cam's skin

The Golden Calf of Bristol hasn't done anything that would get under Cam's skin. He throws for 88 yards a game and runs for 48 yards per game. Only thing that should get under Cam's skin is the Bronco running game (1040 yards in the last 5 games) and the play of Denver's defense.

i don't think he cares. nor should he. nor should any of us.

only thing he should be concerned with is his own lack of success. same with the rest of the team.

Yep, The Golden Calf of Bristol is a right place/right time abberation that will eventually correct itself, as will the Panthers.

It was needed in the Lions game, wasn't it? Yet he couldn't score as as high a rate as Cam. Why didn't he?

Please don't repeat the poo about grinding on offense, he had 39 passing attempts that game.

He had no pass protection.. that is the Broncos weakness and the Lions strength.

Cam has a dominant line around him.. at least early in the season he did.

This is why it's siily to see people making excuses for Cam and not The Golden Calf of Bristol...

Also, The Golden Calf of Bristol had no McGahee in that game.. The Golden Calf of Bristol's only decent runner.. and he's nowhere near Cam's runners level. No receivers.. no runners and a weak line..

I am not sure what games you were watching where Cam had a dominant O-Line around him early on, we've consistently allowed sacks, including 8 in the first 2 games.

The Golden Calf of Bristol's only been sacked twice in the last 3 games, compared to 9 times in the last 3 games for Cam.

it's funny because those guys without Cam last year were awful. They are undoubtedly part of Cam's success (though frankly our offense doesn't utilize our backs as often as it should), but Cam is as much part of their success this year as they are his.

Because they played under Fox! That's the whole point.. The Golden Calf of Bristol is saddled with fox and a worse team and is winning more than Cam..

This is because the Broncos installed the option and run 40 times per game..

rivera said early in the season he was shocked how well Cam was protected and they were a huge part of his success..

Fox was trying to rely on their ineffective running not letting The Golden Calf of Bristol run and putting The Golden Calf of Bristol in a bad position with 3rd and longs and expecting The Golden Calf of Bristol to bail them out with no rhythm passing the ball and no protection because they didn't respect the run game.

The Golden Calf of Bristol has scored 60 points in the 8 games he's played.

In 8 games Cam scored 108.

The Golden Calf of Bristol does not win, his defense does.

This has been explained... The Golden Calf of Bristol's ability to make the run game so dominant is what has helped the defense so much.

And fox style of slowing the game down so much is what is hurting the offense of both teams in each game. Put cam in such a slow methodical talent weak offensive team and he would be far worse..

Fox's entire gameplan is about protecting his defense.. the Panthers whole game plan is about protecting Cam.

They want to make their #1 pick look justified and obviously want to protect his psyche..
