Not being Captain Obvious, but thread title is "Imagine"! What did u expect?

I didn't expect any less. Meaningless threads are now the rule rather than the exception. Sadly, more meaningful threads/posts seem to be in the offseason rather than when the season is ongoing.

I have been here since 2007 and there have always been stupid threads in this forum. I might have done a few...:D but for every stupid one there are 2-3 real talk threads. I don't mind the jokes and the silliness, I mean it is just a game after all.

If hurney didn't trade away picks and we weren't set back 3 years by the build through draft logic cutting SpinTop Brown and waiting on Armanti Edwards. Brown, Clausen, and Edwards are all picks that could have been used for competent starters. I'm not mad and understand hindsight but dammit, if you wanna build through the draft then draft better!

If only Hurney was perfect and knew as much about football as some of our Huddlers.

So sad. I remember when the Huddle actaully had insightful content about the Panthers and the NFL.

I remember those days too. Its the only thing that brings me back,that hope that one day it will return.

There seems to be a new type of fan here and that coincidentally happened around the same time the thread quality went to poo.

I'm imagining we had a GM that is flawless and can see within the future.

I think Hurney has done a descent job in certain aspects, however I cringe at some of his draft day moves when we want to build through the draft.
