Top 5 reasons why the Panthers will beat Detroit

The only way I see us winning is with a dominant running game Sunday.

:iagree: However, you know we aren't going to come out and run the ball consistently. I think more and more people are realizing that this years main focus is, and always has been, developing Cam. I don't see us changing up our game plan all that much from weeks 1-10, as far as our play selection goes.

Although I will say that if Detroit's front 4 gets constant pressure (which they probably will) and over pursue, then Cam could definitely rack up some rushing yards.

2. Panthers are underrated We all know that the Panthers are not as nearly bad as their 2-7 record indicates. We should of beaten Arizona, our defense blew alot of coverages that led to their touchdowns and a special teams mistake that allowed patrick peterson to score the game winning touchdown beat us.

It's too bad we still have to play defense and special teams against the Lions.

Chud needs a game where he can prove Double Trouble can carry us just as much as Newton. Full force balanced attack.

u right, u right.

Dwill/Stew have the skill set to beat the lions on the ground themselves, but its really more than just them; its a toxic mixture of Playcalling, Offensive line play and the will to win.

I feel everyone's frustation, but it's time to get serious about this week and put the shoulda, coulda and woulda's behind us. It's plausible that we have a better run game than Detroit. Yes? And Detroit's D isn't dominating like everyone expected either. No? In fact, if you think about it - we have many advantages in this game and our head is in the toilet. Has anyone ever heard of the old adage that says, "where there's smoke - there's fire"? Well folks, that smells like a good opportunity for a win. But, if you don't "Git yer head outta da can & look at da truf" it won't be victory you're smellin'. I hope Pantherrice is right!
