I mentioned that I thought teams wouldn't care about the Panthers' defensive ranking, recognizing that it was a talent issue rather than a scheming issue. That said, Evero is a good coach but its going to be tough sell fans coming for the Panthers -
I think his strong suit will always be making a bad team play better than they should. Give him a great defense and it's not going to look a lot different I don't think. I just don't like his scheme personally. -

People saying this have no idea, Evero may be the most respected name on Defense around the league not already a head coach right now. His body of work speaks for itself. He kept our crappy defense together with Smoke and Mirrors last season. we were the 4th Ranked defense last year despite having a terrible offense which continually put them in bad positions(why we ranked so poorly in PPG). Baring Evero getting a HC job. We need to to keep him here if possible.
