So, since we are talking 49ers and Harbaugh...I won't lie - he's the guy I wanted to be our next coach (back when the fairy tale of a Luck/Harbaugh package deal was still in existence).

Looking at the Niners success and where the Panthers are, were they a team that was this good potential-wise all along, without the right leader? I guess what I'm saying is, how good of a season would the Panthers be having to this point had we hired him? Not suggesting 8-1 by any means, but purely from a leadership standpoint to make the most from what he has to work with.
