Video game head shots

Ok, today I probably pulled off my 2nd sickest kill ever in any game online, it was a headshot with a SV98 with a marksmen score of 685pts, sorry don't have any picks for proof, wish like hell the game had a play back video for it.

As far as I could see out in front of me there are two snipers that are on the other side of the map from me, the first one I kill by shooting him twice, the second one caught on and started running to get behind a hill, jumping up and down to avoid getting shot, I missed him with my first that I aimed and the second shot I fired on a wing and a prayer while he was jumping in the air.

and then Boom headshot marksmen 685pts, wasn't sure how far that would be distance wise so I looked it up online

this is a 722pts shot on just so you can get an idea of how far he was away

In bc2 I got a headshot across the map after missing a guy who was trying to knife me in front of me. I laughed for the rest of the game. Didn't care that I got knifed in the process.

Things like that are why I like bullet drop and other skill factors to sniping. Love following the bullet and seeing it just drop into place.

If anyone knows Counter-Strike, they know how ridiculously terrible the AWP is when you're unscoped and running.

Well in a CAL match on Dust2 I was the last one left on terrorist side against 1 CT as well. I ran back to pick up the bomb from long A and grabbed a teammates AWP, which I am terrible with but picked it up to save it for next round as we were all going to be hurting for cash if we lost the round. Well after grabbing the bomb I decide to head towards B through the tunnels by short A, I jump down from short to the tunnels and the CT is coming down the stairs in the tunnel. Out of reaction, forgetting that I'm now carrying an AWP and not an AK, I just shoot and see the CT fall and a headshot icon pop up on the screen.

All I hear in the background is the rest of my team laughing their asses off.

Not a headshot but in Battlefield 2, I once shot an RPG at a fast-moving blackhawk only to watch it slip right through the BH's open cargo doors. The people who were inside said it pretty much streaked across their noses. That thing hit the one spot where it could go through without exploding.

    • Yes.  And this converts directly to confidence.  Does the coach have confidence to call a deep dig or seam route?  Does Bryce have confidence in his ability to be the Alpha?  Do his teammates have confidence.  About film--when I see Cam Newton's pre-snap confidence vs. Bryce's, it is night and day.   Film--tells you if the WRs are open (why l love watching the Replay telecasts from the end zone cameras--you can see it.  I have seen 2 WRs open and Bryce's eyes are on the outlet WR or the pass rush. )  You can see progressions, and he has improved a bit--but he is very quick to rush through 1 and 2 and checkdown--that is a lack of confidence in his ability to read the defense.  I had a former NFL TE (Deems Maye) who played QB in high school (not sure about college) tell me that the best QBs read the defense by knowing where everyone will be when the ball is to arrive--not where they are.  I think his QB at the time was Humphries.  He said that Humphries would throw the ball into coverage before the cuts etc.  because he understood DB momentum, zone areas, etc.  and he could just see it.  Said so when people say nobody was open, they are usually right because nobody should be "open" when the QB has the ball--when the ball arrives, everyone should be open.  He said Humphries was never "great" but his skills were limited--from a small school--but his ability to read a defense made him never give up on a route.

Bessingers or Melvin's BBQ sauce.  However Bessingers is the best in the world, Melvin is 2nd.    I found this article    In fact, the New York Times Magazine described the sauce as “terrifically balancing the tangs of mustard and vinegar with a wood fire's charry flavor.” While helping his dad, Joseph “Big Joe” Bessinger, as a teenager in the kitchen of the family's first restaurants, Thomas learned the secret recipe for the gold sauce – ... https://www.bessingersbbq.com › t...
