Why don't we utilize Pilares, AE, or Tutu?

I disagree TRD, I think LaFell is most certainly a lock. Gettis has super star potential but lets not forget he is rehabing right now. Anyone can see that LaFell is the 2nd most talented WR on the team right now he's just rough around the edges and still developing. I really like the kids hands and he makes clutch catches just about every game. Naane is probably the WR that is gone next year.

Honestly who knows who could be out the door if we decide to draft a top flight WR. I don't think we will but if we go BPA a great WR might be on the board. LaFell's job is more secure than Gettis' in that respect.

I think Gettis gets too much hype. Sure he runs the deep route better than anyone on the roster.......but you could easily argue LaFell runs every other route better and overall looks to be able to do more.

I don't think it is fair to claim Gettis automatically will be the 2nd best WR next year. He will ideally fit the scheme......but LaFell could overall be a better WR with 2 years under his belt and be a more complete WR.

"PLAIN AND SIMPLE"

I'm seeing a distrubing trend here, some people are throwing off Cam's groove. Cam's gonna be P.O.'d if we do not keep the statement as he's adapted it. Forever more the phrase 'plain & simple' is renounced for Cam's "simple and plain". Screw history...follow the leader! ;)

IF you want to learn how it feels to be 'all in' in gambling, just watch how Cam continues to use simple & plain (someone has to have told him he has it backwards, right?!)...I find it funny & a little annoying...but Cam is awesome, so I don't care!

11 men.

That's how many are allowed to be on the field for any one team.

QB + Offensive linemen = 6

Leaving 5.

2 te's

2 wrks

& 1 rb.

So who ya gonna sit?

since this thread has carried on and I only read the 1st page.. I figure right about now is the time to reiterate and shut down this thread...

Plain and simple. You are a moron

 I'm a moron but you just wrote the sentence "Plain and simple."

Plain and simple.

Lafell has looked very promising. He has made the most of his chances whenever he sees the field. I don't remember seeing him drop a single pass this season and has made some spectacular catches. We don't know what gettis will look like next season coming back from a acl injury. Cutting Lafell just because doesn't seem like a good idea. "PLAIN AND SIMPLE"

Simple and plain :cam:

Legatron is not a lock for next year, seeing as how he's on a 1 yr deal.

They may re-sign him, they may not.

Why else should LaFell be cut?

I'm not saying you're wrong, I just don't know how you think you are right...

U can say it jayflip. Not a chance LaFell gets cut.

The only decision will be should they bring legs back or not...personally, I hope not, but do appreciate the "subtleties" of his game...just not his receiving skills! ;)
