Bears vs. Packers rematch

I know everyone is on the Detroit hype train, but it's the same thing every year with these "up and comer" teams(ie Buccaneers last year). they start off hot, but in the end falter while the teams that have been doing this for years. Bears are getting hot at the right time and I think this Bears/Lions game coming up will ultimately decide who gets the first wild card in the NFC.

Texans(GASP!) vs. Jets

I know I know, Texans making the playoffs? Their defense has taken a complete 180 from previous years and is #1 in total yards, and most importantly #3 in points per game. They've also been without Andre Johnson, arguably the best receiver in the NFL, for weeks now. They've got a cake division and will probably clinch a division title & playoff spot long before the season ends. The Jets, as much as I hate Mark Sanchez, are still a great football team when they stick to their run game and defense. I've bet against them the past two years and I'm not going to this year. Their defense is too good in January. I think the Patriots reign over the AFC East is officially over.

Packers/49ers in the NFC (think San Fran can win against NY in the divisional)

Texans/Ravens in the AFC

AFC: Steelers - Texans. Think this will be a defensive game. Texans win it, 16-14

NFC: Packers - Saints. Will be a complete opposite of the AFC game. Shootout. Packers win it 31-28

Outside of the Packers, this is really tough.

I struggle week to week picking out the top 5 or so teams behind GB.

What's the problem with my pick?

Atlanta has started playing well as of late, namely the defense has played lights out. I'm not impressed with either the Giants or 49ers. The Bears or Lions could pose a problem, but we already beat the Lions and the Bears have regressed lately. The Saints are too up and down, beating the Colts like a drum then losing to the Rams, honestly I'm not sure if they will even make the play-offs with their recent injuries.

So yeah, I think Atlanta has as good a shot as anyone to lose to the Packers in the NFCCG.

The Panthers would have to win out, to even have a chance at the play-offs. It could happen I suppose, it's just with their defensive play and mounting injuries, they're not gonna make it, sorry.:cryin:
