I didn't watch the game but heard about that play from various people I know who like/dislike the Eagles.

I've always thought that Maclin was nothing more than a glorified #2 that only gets a lot of attention because of the team he is on. I don't think DeSean Jackson is a true #1, either.

The throw was off target but Maclin reeled it in but lost his balance and feel down short of the 1st down line. He was tagged down and Chicago took over on downs. Game Over. If Vick had put the ball on the money it would have been a 1st down no doubt and maybe more.
