I live in Virginia. I spend a ton of money on the Panthers. I have Panthers hats, masks, posters, bedsheets, trashcans, mousepads, towels, signed merchandise, jerseys, and just about anything else you can think about. I also go to at least one game a year. This last season I paid for 2 tickets to the Lions game, 2 tickets to the Monday Night game against the Bucs, my parents paid for 4 tickets to the Broncos game, and then I paid for 2 tickets to the playoff game (and I stayed till the bitter end of that game). I also pay to get radio broadcast for the panthers on nfl.com for the season just in case I can't find somewhere to watch the game.

Now, I don't really know a whole lot of other Panthers fans though. I knew of about 3 or so back in Roanoke. Now at Bridgewater College, I converted my girlfriend to a Panthers fan and I also know of 2 other Panthers fans here, but thats about it. O, I also converted my parents.

For what exactly are you looking for? But I would assume there are more Redskin fans and Raven fans than Panther fans. It would be nice if they would be different, but hell we still can't get the Redskin fans out of NC. (I don't count Steeler fans. they are freakin' everywhere!)

I'm originally from Virginia Beach. There weren't a lot of Panthers fans there. Mostly Cowboys and Redskins fans. The Hampton Roads area is sucha big military area. Most of the people their are from another part of the country and they root for their home teams.

I'm looking into the number needed to apply for a Virginia vanity plate with the Panther emblem on it. I believe you need 350 signed up and paid for before they will produce it. So yes AK........I need a petition.

Sign me up!!!!! I live in Virginia Beach and believe you should have no problem getting 350 signatures statewide . We get Panthers Radio on local AM station.As far as a local fan base I'd say we rank 5th behind Deadskins,Cowgirls, Raiders & Steelers. Please advise me on ur progress. Thanks!!!!:cheers2:

well I doubt you're going to get 349 more responses from folks on this site that you can use as a petition.

I'd recommend you pull a website together asking VA Panthers fans to enter their name and address, find out what the legal requirements for a petition are in VA.

      I'd like to see the final stretch of games this year with a consitent unit of Icky-Lewis-BC-Hunt-Moton. They seem to be our strongest group together but haven't played a ton together due to injury.  If/when we move on from Moton, I think Icky would be the better RT and keep BC at LT. IDK if Mays or Raym is the answer at C, but the latter could be a gem with another year or so under his belt. After seeing what Coker and Richardson have done for us in the UDFA market, testing out a true C from a school like OU gives me hope.
