Jerry Richardson should have written a clause into the CBA that says every player released from another team has to at least report to the Panthers for a tryout...

Well don't you think it would make a difference that he can finally get what he wants? Everybody thinks Shannahan was so great for the way he handled Haynesworth, but what did he actually gain when all was said and done? His team sucks right now, so maybe he didn't really know what he was doing and the only thing he accomplished was making Albert out to be the bad guy.

The man can play and our defense is not getting any better with these rookie DT's. I believe this team can win right now with a better defense, so it's more than worth it to me. It's not like the Panthers will have to break the bank on the guy anyway.
