for the people that cant use search, when you click new posts does that work?

and no search is not broken for all posters, just a select few...hint hint.

Add me to the select few. I feel so exclusive.

New posts (a type of search in and of itself) works.

Standard search does not, database error.

Advanced search works, at least it did for me just now when I specified PanthrosDad and The Lounge subforum.

Edit - it also pulled all your old Saltman posts, too.

you have to advanced search and i think you even have to specify the subforum
still didn't work for me.

i'm going to try and clean my cache and see if it makes a difference, though.

yes, new post button works fine.

it includes too many forums, though.

yeah, still not working.

tried with and without user name.

still not a big deal to look on the front page and see if there is a thread or not talking about it.

sometimes when something is first reported there will be a few threads within a minute or two about the same thing and that is to be expected. some will try to start threads with a thought in it and other will just throw the link in there just so their thread gets in there first (laziness). still, those threads are forgivable. sometimes the subject line is a bit obscure and those are a bit forgivable as well.

a lot of times it's just laziness that keeps someone from looking to see if there is a thread or not.
