I thought that having possession going to the ground applied to catches where the WR went to the ground on his own, like a diving catch. Hines caught it and landed on his feet, then Lewis tackled him and the ground causes the "fumble". Maybe I am wrong.

It should be just a catch then 2 feet or body part hits the ground for it to be a catch just like the old days, but no we have to get politics into the game and get as technical as possible because the NFL had to make up a new rule for some major screw up a ref made years ago and every week you see bullsh** like this
