"Talk about that kid in Carolina, but this kid Dalton is pretty good"

Terry Bradshaw on the ot.

I just heard him but let's be real, the Bengals defense make the offense play with confidence.

As one of the guys on NFLN said yesterday when asked which has a strong chance of getting to the Superbowl, a team with a strong offense or a team with a strong defense...he said he'll take a team with a strong defense because a team with a strong offense and weak defense will always have an uphill battle. After watching the way Cam and the offensive team go out and have to press week in and out to put up numbers knowing the defense will squander it all away cannot be a good feeling. Even Tom Brady is struggling with that now.

Dalton was the man in the game.

Dalton played well, but he also has the benefit of a defense that doesn't allow opponents to score many points. You seem to forget that routinely when slurping on Dalton and Luck and hating on Cam....

If the Panthers had scored 24 points, they'd have still lost, so yes, it was just the Bengals' defense.

uhm, what? we have no idea if that would have been the case, we haven't played the Titans yet and they've only scored more than 20 points three times this season... and they've played some bad defenses.

They gave up 0 in the second half. He had some help in that comeback...but that won't get talked about all week.

gave up 0, scored 17

I'd say the team won the game, and Dalton had a huge role in that.

Not saying he's better than Cam, but I think the over-sensitivity some have here to people saying positive stuff about Dalton is a bit crazy.
