False, canadian bacon is just like regular bacon but it's a different cut, it's the back cut.

Country ham is cured completely different from any type of bacon. I actually used to work in a Country Ham production plant. Goodnight Brother's Country Ham, in Boone NC. I only worked there for 6 months though.
