Keyboard and mouse for sure. I have a controller that I use sometimes but not a whole lot. I used to just use the cheapest kb/m I could find but once I decided to buy something nice I found it was really worth it. I use a logitech g15 keyboard and a logitech g5 mouse. The mouse is really nice because you can add or remove weights in it to make it control very nice, there's a couple of extra buttons you can bind and you can control the sensitivity on the fly(very handy for upping the sensitivity when I hop in a jet in bf3 for example).
