Yeah I was a bit uncomfortable with how much so. I'm no expert so I wont get hung up about it. I just hope someone is holding these young players accountable or that they are mature enough to do so themselves. For a sloppy 2-6 team I expected the sidelines to seem more strict and more have more of a sense of urgency.

Maybe that's just his style, but honestly what I've seen of him in press conferences etc., it didn't seem like it would be. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he knows which players need motivation and which players need their asses kicked.
