The Crappiest part about talking about the draft this year...

Nfl draft countdown has this guy 14th in the first round mock Defensive Tackle Memphis jr****Dontari Poe

All I can find is that he is 6-5 350 they say he is very athletic and quick for his size and ranks in the top 5 in the country being the strongest guy.

I can't find any tape on him but he sure has the measurables.

Yea, I've been hearing a bit about Poe lately, but can't find any videos of him on youtube. The measurables are definitely there, but Fua and Ta'amu have the measurables too and neither of them appear like anything special.

No offense, but this may be the dumbest statement I've ever read on this board. And that's saying something...

There is research that shows a relationship between ACL size and the likelihood of ACL injury, size matters, and weight, obviously, is also factor. I'm not certain that Thomas Davis has small ACLs in comparison to his overall size, but it's not hard for me to make that leap.

We need to draft Defense with our first couple selections... I know defense is not the sexy pick.. but man, our defense is sooooo bad.. and even with Beason and Davis back, we would still be fairly bad. As long as we don't have someone consistently clogging the middle, we will not be able to field a balanced defense. With a consistent pass rush, our secondary will look better than it is.. that being said, I think DT is by far, the most important position/hole to fill on this team. Hopefully with our 2nd round pick, we can get an OLB like Travis Lewis from OU... he has lead the Sooners 4 straight years in tackles.. first time that has ever happened at that University, which says a lot. He is perfect for our scheme as well.

Don't you think we might have heard something about that by now? And what do you mean by "ACL size"? You mean the size of the actual ligament? C'mon....
