Ron Rivera said the Panthers will make a decision on whether to bring Brandon Hogan up to the 53 man roster Tuesday.

Someone would have to be cut, but that shouldn't be the issue because there are some expendable players on the bottom of the roster like Josh Thomas. I would guess the decision is more going to be based on if he is injury free and ready to contribute. Hopefully he is ready so we can see what he can add to the secondary and special teams.

I'm almost positive he will be added. Listened to Panther talk and Rivera sort of let it slip that he would be but then went back and said it would be decided tommorow. I even asked DWill on his livestream chat today and sounded pretty confident that he would be removed from the PUP and seems very impressed by him.
