agreed with everything but the williams stuff. i still think it was a smart move, albeit a bit richer than what i like. that dead horse has been beat enough and i'm tired of the argument.

anyway....hangman is what he was when he left. very solid, just not spectacular. does everything that has been asked. i like the idea of him and schwartz rotating at RG. we are set there.

captain > butler, or at least more active when on the field, but i don't have a problem with either guy. we are essentially set at CB for a while. if hogan can live anywhere close to his potential, we should be dominant there enough to make up for sucky DT pressure.

ron edwards...blah so for. hard to feel good about some guy who hasn't missed a game in many years who shows up here and gets IRed before the season starts. at best he's just a solid DT. we need more help there and will heading into next year.

shockey was huge in FA. so was the olsen trade and re-signing all of our guys. it's stuff like that that the biggest benefit is in knowing that when guys come here that we are going to take care of them and that the '09 & '10 seasons were flukes in that regard.

tutu...what is he doing? meh.

naanee...another horse been beaten to death. i don't think he's nearly as bad as others think, but we still could stand to upgrade there and i think we will when gettis comes back.

i don't have much to complain about overall as far as what was done in the offseason, though. we still have holes to fill for sure, but not many. future is looking bright.

Hmm I disagree. Being durable is key to a players success.

Two different things.

Getting hurt doesnt make you shitty => Jason Williams Thomas Williams

ALWAYS being hurt can make you lesser -> Otah/T.Davis/Dan Morgan

yeah, i've got no problem with the williams boys. they have done as well as can be expected considering the situation they fell into. they aren't starter material, but at this point it's not likely you would find that anywhere.

we're just snake bit at LB this year. they landed on a team that has a rattlesnake nest in the middle of the field. bound to happen.

meanwhile guys that are perpetually hurt and on IR bother me.
