You make no sense bro. Cam is a rookie and you still talk shiit. Just go with the flow or gtfo. You think I like losing? Far from it, but lately your comments do make me mad and make me realize in real life that I prob wouldn't get a long with you. Its funny how you really know how to piss someone off. I honestly agreed with a lot of what you used to say but when something goes wrong with the team its cams fault but if we win its because the other team sucks. We can't go back in time so deal with it or wait for Steve smith to stop playing then go become a fan of another team.

So reminiscent of Fox. 1 good year (11-4) and he's some kind of messiah. He's been mediocre his whole career yet he gets a pass. You know why and I know why. We have no choice but to extend Cam regardless of play, wins/losses, or playoffs.

Stop being such a baby and go read my comments about Cam lately. Cam has been fine. Exceeded all expectations. He deserves a ton of credit, but to deflect all blame is dumb. He's a rookie, sure. He's made exciting plays, sure. He's also made mistakes. IT'S OKAY TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEM, IT DOES NOT DEFINE HIM.

I only have a problem when people heap all the praise on Cam and place all the blame elsewhere. Chud deserves some credit, Smith, Olsen, Shockey, the line, etc. Cam plays in an extremely friendly offense with some of the best weapons in football yet they act like he's out there 1 on 11 and dominating.

This is a Christian Ponder thread. Then it turned into a future of the Panthers thread. You may agree or disagree about my thoughts on the future but it's not a knock on Cam in any way just an observation based on the past in similar situations.

If you can't handle a little bit of the other side, the internet probably isn't for you. If you NEED everyone to praise Cam 100% of the time and deflect all blame or criticisms, the internet probably isn't for you.

If you want to say Cam is having a great statistical year, I'd agree.

If you want to say that Cam and Dalton are having very impressive rookie seasons, I'd agree.

If you want to discredit what Dalton is doing because he's supposedly on a better team, I'd disagree unless you discredit what Cam does because he plays in a superior offensive scheme with superior weapons.

I hate the double standard. Cam is a bright spot. Dalton is a bright spot. Ponder is a bright spot.

All are good and bad.

Cam is not the best player in football as some have said. He's not the only reason for the turnaround. Clausen isn't the measuring stick for successful NFL QBs.

If you can't handle that and get upset when other guys in a different forum get credit, the internet probably isn't for you.

Ponder looked good? Yes he looked serviceable. His deep passes need serious work, but he is learning that he can dink and dunk. Look how well that's panned out for the greats like Freeman and Ryan. /sarcasm.

Ponder looked better than Cam? o.0 not even debatable. That is a resounding hell no.

Salty, to be clear, I'm not saying the only reason we won is because the other teams suck but what would you call it? We've beaten a 1 win team and a 2 win team, both of them starting new QBs.

On the other hand, we've lost to the SB champs in a mostly close game, lost to NFCN champs, lost to some rivals, etc.

I stated that because I don't know where it puts us. It was not a knock on Cam or the team. It was to show that we've been in many games but don't win, so how good or bad are we?
