skip said The Golden Calf of Bristol didnt play that well but hes being set up to fail in denver. That fox and elway dont want him to succeed and The Golden Calf of Bristol is just not your regular type of QB, they need to do things out of the box. He pointed to the broncos opening drive when denver seemingly scored a TD but it was called back as to what The Golden Calf of Bristol could do. Skip even said that once they went no huddle down 45-3 The Golden Calf of Bristol nearly scored 14 whole points in the 4th quarter!

Excuses keep coming, its amazing, but not really SKip has been like that from day one. It must be nice to get paid 6figures and spew nonsense and it never matters if your are ever right or not.

It's the Steve Smith hold at the end that really made Cam's day bad. Sure, he had the two fumbles but in the fourth quarter, Carolina controlled the clock enough to have a shot at the endzone wit 28 seconds left. Still, Smith got called for holding on a guy who wasn't even in Cam's way and the Panthers lost a crucial first down... forcing them to attempt a field goal. Should the field goal have been made? Absolutely! Mare screwed up BIG time!!! Still, if Smith wasn't called for the hold and the Panthers got the first down, maybe we would have punched it into the endzone with 6 seconds left, giving Minnesota no time for a comeback.

I think the opposite problem happened agains the Saints. In that game, the Panthers scored too early and gave the Saints a chance to score last and give Cam no change to make another comeback. We had the ball against Minnesota in the fourth, running down the clock, and everything was in our favor.

You take away Smith's mistake and we probably won't be talking about Cam's two fumbles or the missed field goal.

Bottom line is that penalties and two costly fumbles were the difference in the game.

We have the MOST holding penalties of any team in the NFL. that is sloppy play...lack of execution...and is unacceptable.

Did not see the first fumble.....was in those damn ridiculous lines trying to get into the stadium when the game started.

But, the second one was all on him.

He was under pressure...and he did get smacked. But, his job is to not turn the ball over.

Cam is playing phenomenal.....and is damn sure the real deal. But, he has to shoulder much of the blame in this game.
