We own the Ghostbusters pack and Gremlins so it will probably be Gremlins since she's already seen Ghostbusters 1 & 2.

I'd really like to watch Sleepy Hollow again though.

It depends on how much you want to expose him to. When I was young I loved Tremors and The Thing as well as the first 2 aliens and predator movies, which aren't overly graphic.

Edit: Oh, it's a girl. She probably won't be into those then. Maybe Poltergeist?

I bought the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre for my Niece when she was 7. Her eyes showed how scared she was and didn't say a word the entire movie. Everytime I asked her if she was scared she would get all defensive and insist she wasn't.
