Who are the keepers on defense?

It is obvious the offense is fine with an improvement to WR and possibly a new RT, but the question is who are the keepers on defense?

Johnson/?/?/Hardy

Anderson/Beason/?

Gamble/Godfrey/Martin/Butler

Munnerlyn/Applewhite/McClain/Connor all as decent backups.

It is possible McClain and Fua can be solid starters in the future. IMHO our biggest question mark right now for the long term is OLB. We were planning on Davis being here for a while, and it doesn't look like that will be the case. Still could use a DT and CB also.

Sherrod Martin, and Captain are the only starters I would like to see replaced. I like Sherrod as a cover safety, but the guy doesn't like contact at all.

Our rookie DT's will be good to go under a NFL weight program, so I'm not worried about them. The only other need on Defense is the Will LB position.

If we can't get Matt Kalil in the draft, I think OLB should be our first pick.

I don't know about Edwards. Older dude with a serious injury.

We can't forget about Hogan either. Hopefully he can get some playing time at the end of this year and can relieve some worry about CB.

He's the guy I want, his value could rise before the draft depending on so many variables and I don't really buy into "reaching" thing.

Yeah he's rated the top OLB, in this year's draft so he could be a top 15 pick, I really like this guy great instincts, and awareness. We can't depend on Davis anymore really sad to see get injured again, but we have to move on.
