Is Crohn's disease contagious??

It does, I hate it for her. She is an incredible woman and mother and never complains about it. Crohn's has already taken 60% of her intestines, 2 parts of her colon and her gall bladder. It's a horrible disease. It's not something that people can see so it's hard to see the pain and discomfort the person is in. She has a very unique and damaging case of it. They flew in surgeons to try to help today.

BTW...I know this thread is just joking so I don't take offense (and how was anyone to know). I don't take offense to anything on here. It was just odd to see this thread today of all things.

My wife (we are separated) is in a 5 hour surgery right now fighting for her life from Crohn's disease. No bullsh*t, it's her 8th surgery. Sorry to be a buzzkill.

I've had Crohn's for about 7 years now and it sucks

The funny thing is you can have it without *you know what issues

Instead I get terrible ab cramps when I wake up occasionally and can get some good herbal perscriptions once I move out to Seattle

Once spent a whole week in the hospital for it when I contracted Rocky Mtn. Spotted Fever which had a chain reaction, causing my lymph-node to flare, causing my Crohn's to go nuts

Don't sweat it man....that's why I said I take no offense at all. Seriously don't think twice about it. You didn't know. After I posted it I regretted it because I realized you would most likely feel bad about it. It's all good!
