My team's initiation was more punishment than embarrassment. On road trips, freshmen were supposed to sit up front and when someone yelled their name and said "touch the back of the bus" run to the back then back to the front in the midst of a rain of punches and kicks. Coaches sat up front and looked the other way while all this was going on.

And yeah, I took part. Usually went for a punch to the nuts. I look back on that now and just shake my head (young and stupid) :(

I know the team has a Spiderman costume (either Williams or Stewart wore it their rookie year, I think). Don't remember if they've used Superman before.
