Buddy of mine and I were both shaking our heads when they announced the pick. Wasn't so much negative feelings about Clausen at the time as much as it was just the belief that a receiver would have been a better choice. We both felt better when LaFell dropped to us with the next pick though.

Sad to say Clausen still looks like a high school kid playing among men when he's out there. Maybe if he plays on a WCO team, he'll have a better chance. Lord knows his skill set doesn't fit our attack.

I am completely against getting rid of Clausen. Try to stay with me on this...

I just got my #1 jersey in the mail this week. If Clausen leaves then next year Newton takes back #2 and I have to buy another jersey. Unacceptable.
