and stop throwing out Andy Dalton, they're in two different situations.

Cam is doing great things here, and we should be happy. Daltons doing great things too, congrats to Cincy for getting a positive looking QB.

However, Cam is the Panthers guy. We don't have to worry about Luck, Dalton or any other QB out there. Cam will be Cam.

Luck is a great prospect and I definitely think he's going to be a star, but you never take unproven over proven. Not saying it's proven that Newton will be a super star, but he's shown a helluva lot more than Luck has.

You take Newton 100/100 times.

How do u know that Luck is going to be a "great prospect?" The biggest and most obvious difference between him and Cam is, Cam has to prove himself and Luck doesn't because our media said so. Cam's has a much smaller window to fail and Luck won'tbecause our media said so. Pretty much the way it has always been in the NFL.

Luck has to prove himself in game time, too. Maybe to some fans he's already arrived, but where it actually matters Luck is going to have to prove himself.
