People think the NFL is the NBA with stuff like this way too much...even with trade talks. As others have said, franchise QB's just don't leave when they are at that point in their careers. The only reasons a starting QB is going to leave a city are either that he sucks, he's old, or he's a whiner like Jay Cutler. Cam Newton is none of those things and most likely won't be any of those things in the time period we're talking about.

Charlotte is a great city to live in and Panthers 1st round picks stay here because they get treated with respect by this organization. That's what we know and that's one thing that has stayed consistent for a long time now. Cam ain't goin nowherez
