best QB showing against them was aaron rodgers, who threw for 335 yards and 3 TDs.

best WR receiver against them was greg jennings, with 147 yards and a TD.

this was last week. chris cook was arrested the day before the game, which left them with a gaping hole before that game. it's reasonable to expect that they'll have improved slightly with an extra week to prepare with the new lineup in the secondary.

that said, i wouldn't be one bit surprised to see cam and smitty to put up better numbers on both sides of that stat list.

Please elaborate. Your insight is very much appreciated.

hmm where do I start lets see. The most receptions Steve Smith ever had in a game was 14 which happened only once. The most yards he has ever had in a game was 201 and you said there was a good possibility he would get 300+. Well that means he would need another 100 yards at the very least on his career high. Finally the most TDs he had in a game was 3. I am not going to research this but I am sure this Vikings pass defense is not the worse pass defense we have every played.

So according to you next week and you are being 100% serious he should set an all time career high in touchdowns and receptions in a game and not only that but also have 100 yards more than his previous career high. Doing all this with a rookie QB. Yup makes perfect sense it should definitely happen. I don't know why I ever questioned you.

Let me also say that he is also older and never posted those numbers when he was more explosive and younger. Not even when he dominated the league when he won the triple crown. Let me also add only 4 players all time have had over 300 yards receiving in a game all time. So it is not like this feat happens weekly and I am just being pessimistic. It is outrageous you feel that it should happen.

And my last point in 2009 Devin Hester had 6 catches for 94 yards against the Cardinals. That same year Steve Smith 3 for 56. So your logic is wrong there. Also Devin Hester has had 1 game of over 100 yards in a game 3 games with over 90 yards and 6 with over 80 yards. So it is not like he has never done it before. But once again your right. Your predictions SHOULD happen like you said.
