T.O interview on NFLN

So now I need TO to tell me Cam is good? *whew* I was wondering about that. He cried over Romo....

When you've played in the NFL, and have the slightest morsel of firsthand insight that drives the desire and pursuit to play for certain NFL organizations; Please feel free to put me in my place.

I have no idea what the hell you are babbling about.

Why tell me why I should care about what TO has to say? and why you care what TO has to say? and why I care what you have to say?

If you don't care then I'm not even sure why you even make the effort to look at the thread. Much less, open it and respond.

The simple fact why someone would care is because he was a good NFL talent, and presents a firsthand perspective of talented players gravitating towards the Panthers. Whether he's actually talented now compared to current, younger crops of receivers is for other threads. He still envisions himself as a great talent, and his decisions to play somewhere would still be weighted on if a team is good enough for him.

Yes, I think he's a piece of poo. More importantly, I don't want him on the panthers. That wasn't the purpose of the thread.

Now go back to not caring and let the intellectually capable huddlers have a discussion.

if t.o. can pass a physical and would sign for at-or-near the minimum, i'd be fine with it. at this point in his career, he probably knows he's no better than a third option. he would own in this offense as a third option if healthy. i didn't watch a whole lot of bengals games last year (read: one game) but the dude had 70 yards a game and 9 tds in 14 games with carson palmer throwing him the ball. sounds a whole hell of a lot better than naanee.

yeah, he's a bit of a headcase. so is shockey. so is smith. fug it, cam's a leader. in cam i trust.

I actually have nothing against what he said about Cam/The Golden Calf of Bristol. It's very true, though I don't think it has as much to do with race as it does about The Golden Calf of Bristol being this big-time bible thumper and Cam having some controversy in his past and of course playing for us since the media hates to acknowledge we exist.

Lol at sirius radio talking and talking and talking about The Golden Calf of Bristol.

I mean jesus christ.

True. This is his moment, meaning the time between his comeback against maybe the worst NFL team, where it was like a home game for him, and he played like garbage for 95% of the game - until next Sunday, when he likely falls flat on his face, Fox looks stupid, and life gets back to normal.

And by normal, I mean Cam slurping, of course. :D

Did he do this interview before or after he had his workout and no one showed??

It is one thing to include the Panthers and Newton because you actually want to play for Newton, versus realizing that you have to cast as large a net as possible in hopes you catch a fish.

Sure he could be sincere but I wonder if he says the same thing if he wasn't coming off an injury and has realized that no one who is a first tier team is interested at this point.
