I'm obv a huge smitty fan but Revis? Last time they played Smitty 1 for 5yrds, granted dif system and way dif QB, but Revis IS a future HOF and best CB in the league.

Yes but you don't acknowledge how big of a factor Jake Delhomme's garbageness was in that game.

Cam owes a lot of his success to Smitty. This in no way discredits Cam but Smitty opens the offense up a great deal. Not saying Smitty will give Cam's speech in Canton. Just saying he is easing the transition to the pros and this is a great fit between vet receiver and phenom rookie qb.

Like a good hand shake, both are better from the other.

I've got all the respect in the world for Revis. I think he's a great corner and any team WOULD be lucky to have him. But do you think if he left the game today he'd get into Canton? I think not. If he plays 6 or 7 more years and doesn't have a huge drop off or a career impacting injury he'll probably get in. CBs are kinda like WRs, harder to get in.
