Charles Chandler, of the Charlotte Observer, reports Carolina Panthers head coach John Fox said he would not rule out the possibility of re-signing unrestricted free-agent CB Ken Lucas at a lower salary.

Also said that we are likely to draft a CB with our first 3 picks... not a surprise there.
