The Panthers could have had the Skins by 20 points if the defense hadn't decided to gift them that one in the late fourth. Saying todays game could have gone either way is like saying the Falcons win could have gone either way. When a team have u by at least 2 tds in the middle of the fourth quarter, unless u got a REALLY good defense, or u're the Giants, u're not going to win.

I meant it could have gone wrong for us this week with the penalties and hightower injury....we won and I'm happy that we won but how many games we could have won but a few plays changed the whole momentum of the game..we should roll into the vikings game with our heads in the game....cut back on the penalties and make plays....

don't think ponder is going to be a playmaker in his own right we just have to hope Peterson has an off day against us. I think we can outscore a 1 dimensional run team though.

Ur right. Some of those penalities are the teams fault but some aren't. Those u can't do a darn thing about. I do believe that weaker teams get penalized a lot harder than the better teams. But, it is what it is. You can't keep looking back at what could have been. U need to start focusing on where u want to be.

U're seven weeks in and u've already reached last season's wins. I'm sure there are a few more out there for this team to win. They need to go after them.

Anyway, he isn't quite holding his own like Cam did against the Packers. The Packers are at the Panthers' score and the game just got into the 4th qrt...Not looking good for Christian but he was holding his own.
