Pick one from those 4. Who would you start in the flex and why?

Other starters are Sproles and Matthews (at RB) and Brandon Marshall, Vincent Jackson, and Santana Moss (at WR).

FWIW, I had Massaquoi in there and then I switched it up and put in DeMarco Murray (who I just got off waivers).

Either or, I'm going up against Forte, Run DMC, Smitty, and Roddy White, so my chances aren't great (although Vick is on bye for him, probably sparing me fantasy annihilation).
