OK. And when Rex isn't throwing picks, he did a good job running the offense. Thats what he believed. He was hoping he could help coach him out of those mistakes, but thats Rex Grossman.

I think that says more about you either not understanding football or you just being silly.

You KNOW what Clausen would bring to the table. So with that said, you are telling me Beck is awful, right???

I used to watch the Dolphins about 3-4 years ago when John Beck was there. The guy talks at about 100 miles an hour. He's a sports freak and seems to be pumped up all the time about everything going on in the NFL.

He's not bad, but he made plenty of mistakes in Miami. There's a reason he's not with the Dolphins anymore. One thing about Beck that we should not overlook is Beck's speed. He can run a little bit. He's quick in the pocket.

The key to shutting down Beck is just to rattle his cage a few times. Get a few early sacks or big hits on him and then he starts getting "happy feet" and panicking and making mistakes. I bet he spends most of Sunday throwing a bunch of screens and short passes so we gotta cover those plays well too.

I still think he, and his son to a large extent, were behind this Grossman/Beck quarterback thing. They have done a great job with the defense which was his problem the last several years in Denver.
